PAYSL Select FC Program

PAYSL offers a Division-2, Super-2, and Division-1 select soccer program for players ages U11-U19. This program is designed to provide a skill development path. It provides age-and-skill-appropriate soccer development progression at all competitive/select levels.

Philosophy

PAYSL’s philosophy is based on the premise that team sports help develop talents and skills that will make a positive contribution in the development of the whole person through sportsmanship, physical and mental fitness.

Details

Players will register and commit for a seasonal year. The soccer year is composed of the Fall and Spring seasons. Registration will take place prior to the Fall season during the summer. Teams are primarily coached by a volunteer licensed coach who will have a minimum of a USSF E Coaching License and must get the USSF D License within one year. .
