Pflugerville FC Incident Reporting
Thank you for visiting the Pflugerville FC incident reporting page! This page includes a form where you can officially report any incidents where a player, parent, coach, team manager, referee, or board member has violated a PFC code of conduct, or policy laid out by any of the governing bodies. If an incident occurs on the field, and it has already been properly documented by the referee via a card, filing an additional report is not necessary.
If you are a parent of a Pflugerville FC Select, Academy, or Jr Academy player, or a PAYSL Recreational player; AND you have an issue with playing time, curriculum, and/or other on-the-field concerns, please DO NOT fill out the incident report, but rather, follow the escalation process below! If the concern arises during a game, please wait 48 hours after the game before reaching out to the coach to discuss. If the issue/concern is not resolved after that, you should reach out to the appropriate program director (if applicable). Continue through the escalation process below until you get a resolution.
