OUR MISSION

PAYSL's mission is to provide each player the opportunity to play soccer in a supportive, family-oriented and rewarding environment that emphasizes fun, enjoyment and learning. We aim to develop skills that fit each player's interest and ability by creating a challenging environment for talented players who aspire to reach their full potential.

Our vision is to provide all levels of play from Recreational to Division I, developing a true soccer academy. We teach the game within a framework that emphasizes character building, moral development, the value of honesty, sportsmanship and responsibility. Our club uses volunteer coaches and provides them with a professional training support structure that allows them to grow as coaches. The goal is to keep the cost low, making our league a viable alternative for the cost-conscious parents who cannot afford to spend a fortune to teach their kids the game of soccer and good life skills. Our emphasis is on player development and not on winning at all costs.

As part of these efforts, we are always interested in working with local families, entrepreneurs and businesses in the Pflugerville area to help us achieve our goals.

In the last 12 months we’ve had over 1,700 player registrations, holding hundreds of games and practices at our main fields at Wells Pointe Park.
