This position oversees the functioning of Recreational Soccer, Academy, Select, and Administrative positions and works to make sure things are executing smoothly. They coordinate with the President, EVP of Finance, EVPs, and Administrative positions to make sure all parties are working together effectively. The perfect person for this position would be someone who has been with the club for years and served on the PAYSL Board for at least 1 year, who is motivated to improve how it functions. This person should be well organized, an effective communicator, and strong problem solver. When there’s a gap, you are stepping up to fill in, or to coordinate with others to make sure things go as planned.
