Payment and Refund Policy
Payments must be made timely based on the specific program being registered for and payment plans set up for the applicable program.
Recreational and Academy Program payment is due upon registration
Select Program payment has defined payment plan options that parents agree to when the Commitment letter is signed.
Recreation and Academy Programs can get a Full refund before first game, subsequent to first week an administrative fee of $40 will be retained to cover costs already incurred.
Select Programs can get refunded the registration fee less the initial fee placed to initially hold the child's spot prior to season starting. Once season starts, refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.
