This position is the first point of contact for parents and coaches of boys in Recreational Soccer at the 7U–8U age group. At this age, the girls and boys teams are divided on different teams so this is like supporting four different divisions. Your job is to recruit coaches, form teams, answer parent questions, and resolve problems. You partner with the EVP of Lower Division, Registrar, Academy EVP, and other Recreational VPs to help get each season off to a great start. The perfect person for this position is someone who is responsive via email, able to problem solve, and an effective communicator via email. You are the voice of the league to your parents and coaches, and you care about their playing experience at PAYSL. You always strive to provide the highest quality soccer experience for your age groups. Soccer coaching or playing experience is a bonus, but not required. Board members may receive discounted player registration as a “thank you” for their service.
